When I settled my evening after the match, I was happy. I was satisfied. I liked the effort the team had put in. But something prompted me. The breaking news stated as the coach of Bhutan National Team was sacked by various facebookers shocked me. Particularly the term "sacked" got to my nerves. And I was thinking, did he deserve that at the end? For all his effort, BFF if incase you did then that was harsh. There could have been a formality. That's my personal view.
And later, Thank God! it was better. BFF official facebook page put in a better language. It stated the coach was not sacked but "sidelined." This was better for the ears.
However criticisms were rapidly onto the statuses and comments. I felt pity. I put myself in his shoe, i gave myself a time to think what if i were him? I would have done my way as he did his way, the goal however would have been the same- To succeed. And it shouldn't mean his failure, he tried enough for his team, our team amd the national team. So this should be a case of respect. I can't blame him, so do you. Let's be humane now, we have talked enough of humane gestures with Druk Airs case. So let's be. Pay him a better respect, gratitude and love for all he did to our country. We shouldn't forget ourselves as the Buddhist.
Thank You!
